Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

  1. Open RoomsAI and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account.

What happens

  • Your account is deactivated right away and hidden from other people.
  • It is permanently deleted after 30 days. If you sign back in before then, you can restore it.
  • Your profile, posts, messages, and other content are deleted or de-identified. We keep only what the law requires, such as purchase and payout records, without your name.
  • Unspent Orbs are lost. Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google are not cancelled by deleting the account; cancel them in your store account.
